Concrete and Wood Saver Warranty

GoNano Concrete & Wood Saver Warranty Summary

Thanks for choosing GoNano to protect your concrete or wood surfaces! We’re committed to quality, and our warranty ensures you’re covered. Here’s a quick, easy-to-read guide to what our warranty includes.

What’s Covered?

We offer two warranties for GoNano Concrete and Wood Saver products used on concrete, wood, or EPDM/Torch Down commercial roofs:

90-Day Warranty

  • Protects against manufacturing defects for 90 days from purchase.
  • If there’s an issue, we’ll replace the product for free (shipped from our factory).
  • This is the only solution we offer for this warranty.

10-Year Warranty

  • Lasts 10 years from purchase when you follow the product’s label instructions.
  • Covers the product to ensure it:
    • Stays bonded to properly prepared surfaces (no delamination).
    • Doesn’t peel, chip, or flake off.
    • Resists fading or damage from UV sunlight.
  • If it fails, we’ll replace it with a similar product at no cost (shipped from our factory).

Heads-up: These warranties cover the product only, not labor, installation materials, or costs to apply, remove, or reapply it.

How to File a Claim

If something’s wrong with the product, here’s what to do:

  • Contact us within 15 days of noticing the issue by emailing info@gonano.ca (Attn: Customer Service).
  • Send us:
    • Your original sales receipt.
    • A brief description of the problem.
    • Details like moisture levels of the surface before application, photos of the application process, and the tools used (time-stamped).
  • Let us inspect the product before we replace it.

Important: Without these documents or inspection, the warranty won’t apply. So, keep your receipt and photos handy!

What’s Not Covered?

Our warranties don’t cover issues caused by:

  • Not preparing or applying the product as instructed on the label.
  • Problems with the surface itself, like cracks or movement after application.
  • Damage from weather events (e.g., hurricanes, earthquakes) or accidents.
  • Stains from dirt, oils, leaves, or other materials.
  • Mold, mildew, or water damage.
  • Wear from heavy use, scratches, or scuffs.
  • Natural variations in the surface (e.g., color, texture).
  • Poor maintenance or using the product incorrectly.

Key Things to Know

  • Non-transferable: This warranty is only for the original buyer. If you sell or lease the property, the warranty ends.
  • We’re not responsible for damage to your property or other losses beyond replacing the product.
  • Our responsibility is capped at the price you paid for the product.
  • Any disputes will be settled through arbitration (not a lawsuit), following New York law. You’ll need to notify us 30 days before starting arbitration.
  • Safety first: Check the Safety Data Sheet and follow all instructions to stay safe while using our products.
